How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–3 business days in Hungary and 3–5 business days in Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
How do returns work?
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Details and conditions are available in our Refund Policy.
How can I select a pick-up point?
At checkout, nearby FOXPOST and MPL pickup points will appear based on the provided shipping address, from which you can select the one that suits you best.
What payment methods can I choose from?
In our webshop, you can pay securely using a bank card, as well as available express payment options such as Apple Pay.
How much does shipping cost?
Hungary: FOXPOST parcel locker 890 HUF; MPL Post Office, PostaPont or parcel locker 790 HUF; MPL home delivery 1,890 HUF. For orders over 20,000 HUF, parcel locker, Post Office or PostaPont delivery is free; this offer does not apply to home delivery. Slovakia: 2,490 HUF; Czech Republic: 2,690 HUF; Romania: 3,290 HUF (Packeta). The final fee is shown at checkout.

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the processing or shipping of your package has already begun, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
