TERMS OF SERVICE
Effective from: September 29, 2026

1. OPERATOR AND SCOPE
These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the BEDORÈ online store at bedorejewelry.com. A sales contract is concluded directly between the customer and the operator:

The store uses Shopify as its technical platform. Shopify is not the seller of BEDORÈ products. Mandatory Hungarian and European Union consumer-protection rules prevail over any less favourable provision of these Terms.

2. ACCEPTANCE, LANGUAGE AND RECORDS
By placing an order, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted these Terms and the Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. The primary contractual language is Hungarian; English content is provided to assist international customers. Electronic contracts are not filed as paper contracts. Order and transaction data are retained as required by law and are available through confirmation emails and, where applicable, the customer account.

3. USING THE STORE
You must provide accurate, complete and current order, billing, delivery and contact information. Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the cart, quantities and personal details. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and must not misuse another person's account or interfere with the security or operation of the store.

4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We aim to describe products accurately. Essential characteristics, material information, price and other relevant details are shown on each product page. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of display settings and lighting. This does not limit statutory rights relating to defective performance.

The product range and future availability may change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform you promptly and refund any amount already paid for that item.

5. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order is an offer to purchase and creates a payment obligation. We send an electronic acknowledgement to the email address provided. If it is not received within 48 hours, the customer is released from the offer. The contract is concluded when BEDORÈ sends confirmation accepting the order.

We may refuse an order where performance is objectively impossible, including stock shortage, an obvious technical or pricing error, payment failure, or a well-founded suspicion of fraud or abuse. We will notify you and refund any amount already paid for a cancelled order.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the customer's market. In Hungary prices are shown in Hungarian forints (HUF); in other supported markets the local currency determined through Shopify Markets is shown. The final price, currency, taxes and any delivery charge are displayed before the order is submitted. The checkout total is controlling.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may be processed by third-party payment providers. You may use only valid payment instruments you are authorised to use. We issue the legally required receipt or invoice.

7. DELIVERY
BEDORÈ delivers to Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Available methods include FOXPOST and MPL in Hungary and Packeta pickup-point or Z-BOX delivery in Romania, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Availability, current charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and explained in the Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates. For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage generally passes when the customer or a designated third party other than the carrier takes possession of the goods.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A consumer purchasing online generally has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Withdrawal may be exercised by an unambiguous statement, the statutory model form, email to info@bedorejewelry.com, or the clearly displayed “Withdrawal from the contract” online function. Receipt of an online withdrawal request is acknowledged electronically on a durable medium.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
After giving notice of withdrawal, the customer must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the notice. Unless stated otherwise, the direct cost of return is paid by the customer. The customer may examine the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature and characteristics and may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond that extent. Missing original packaging alone does not eliminate the statutory withdrawal right.

For a full-order withdrawal, we refund payments as required by law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Refunds are normally made using the original payment method. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or reliable evidence of return is provided, whichever occurs first.

Statutory exceptions to withdrawal apply only where their legal conditions are actually met, including certain clearly personalised goods and qualifying sealed goods that cannot be returned for health-protection or hygiene reasons after opening. No exception is applied automatically to every item of jewellery. Discounted products generally carry the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price products.

10. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
If performance is defective, consumers may exercise the remedies provided by applicable Hungarian and EU law, including rights relating to conformity, repair, replacement, price reduction or termination where their statutory conditions are met. Consumer conformity claims generally remain available for two years from delivery, subject to applicable law.

Product-warranty rights against a producer or distributor and any mandatory commercial warranty apply only where and to the extent required by current law. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory rights. Claims may be reported at info@bedorejewelry.com.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly at info@bedorejewelry.com so we can assess and remedy the issue under applicable law.

11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Complaints may be submitted by email to info@bedorejewelry.com, by post to 3300 Eger, Maklári út 119, Hungary, or by phone at +36 30 882 9463. We aim to examine oral complaints immediately where possible. Written complaints are answered in writing, with reasons, within 30 days of receipt and records are retained for the period required by law.

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the consumer may initiate proceedings before the competent Hungarian conciliation body. For the operator's registered office, the competent body is:

Its territorial competence includes Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén, Heves and Nógrád counties. BEDORÈ cooperates with conciliation proceedings as required by law. Consumers may also contact the consumer-protection authority or pursue claims before a court.

12. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the GDPR, and the store's Privacy Policy. Third-party providers may process data only as necessary for payments, delivery, invoicing, analytics, support and technical operation.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BEDORÈ name, branding, original photographs, product descriptions, graphics and other store content owned or lawfully used by the operator may be protected by copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights. Unauthorised copying, modification, commercial use or distribution is prohibited.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND ACCEPTABLE USE
The store may use or link to independent payment, delivery, invoicing, analytics and technical services. BEDORÈ is not responsible for independent third-party websites, but this does not affect BEDORÈ's own contractual obligations or mandatory consumer rights.

You may not use the store unlawfully, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, collect another person's data without permission, infringe intellectual-property rights, commit fraud, or intentionally disrupt the store.

15. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
We aim to maintain a secure and reliable store, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, provider failure or events outside our reasonable control. Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional damage, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by an unforeseeable and unavoidable event beyond reasonable control, such as natural disaster, war, authority action, major transport disruption or nationwide communications failure. We will inform affected customers where reasonably possible and seek a lawful solution.

16. CHANGES, GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
We may update these Terms because of changes in law, store operation or services. Updated Terms apply from the stated effective date and generally do not change contracts already concluded unless required by law or lawfully agreed by the parties.

Hungarian law governs these Terms and contracts concluded under them. This choice does not deprive an EU consumer of mandatory protection available under the law that would otherwise apply. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply and the relevant mandatory rule replaces the invalid provision.
