RETURN, WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. The period starts on the day when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product. If several products from one order are delivered separately, the period starts when the last product is received.

You may exercise your right by using the “Withdraw from the contract” function available in the online store or by sending an unambiguous statement to info@bedorejewelry.com. The notification is timely if it is sent before the 14-day period expires. We will acknowledge an electronically submitted withdrawal statement on a durable medium.

RETURNING THE PRODUCT
After notifying us of the withdrawal, return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days to:

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Please package the product securely. Original packaging is not, by itself, a condition of exercising the statutory right of withdrawal.

You may inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.

REFUNDS
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will reimburse the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless we expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide reliable evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. Banks and card issuers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please inspect the product after delivery. If it is damaged, defective or not the item ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@bedorejewelry.com. We will review the matter and take the appropriate steps. This policy does not limit any statutory rights relating to defective performance, conformity, warranty or product liability.

EXCEPTIONS
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to non-prefabricated products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. It may also be excluded for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery, where all statutory conditions for that exception are met.

Discounted products are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rules as full-price products.

EXCHANGES
If you would like a different product, contact info@bedorejewelry.com. Exchange options depend on the order and available stock and do not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights.
