How can I select a pick-up point?

At checkout, nearby FOXPOST and MPL pick-up points will appear based on your provided shipping address, from which you can choose the one that suits you best.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are expected to be delivered within 2-4 business days.

 

What payment methods are available?

In our online store, you can pay securely by credit card, as well as via available express payment methods, such as Apple Pay.

 

How much is shipping?

The shipping fee depends on the chosen delivery method:

To a FOXPOST parcel locker: 890 HUF

To an MPL Post Office / PostaPont / parcel locker: 790 HUF

MPL home delivery: 1890 HUF

For orders over 20,000 HUF, shipping to parcel lockers is free.

 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, we will notify you by email and send you the information needed to track your package.
